Our personalised service is guaranteed in our promise to never outgrow our student's needs, hence our Boutique facility catering for a maximum of 40 students at any one time. Our limited numbers enable us at Metro Student Accommodation to sustain a direct and personal relationship with our clientele, whilst maintaining exemplary service in a secure, comfortable and private environment.

An affiliate of R rent, established in 1996 and experienced in the housing and relocation of over 250 students per annum, Metro Student Accommodation is focused on competitive prices and personalised service. Bringing together 20 plus years of real estate experience, our general managers are aware of the necessity in keeping the satisfaction of our clientele as the highest priority.
