Rent as of the 1st of January 2011 will be as follows:- Ground floor standard size rooms and all other from $725.00 per month Twin share rooms $447.50 per student or $895.00 per month for twin occupancy. Single occupancy of twin share room is $795.00 per month. Internet charge of $25.00 per month will apply to all new leases as of the 1/1/2011
